This Gordon is part of our Imperfect Range. Even though we strive to deliver perfect products every time, knocks, scratches, or cosmetic imperfections can occur during transport. This product has the following imperfection(s):
- A light coating imperfection on the top left hand side of the unit
- A coating imperfection at the bottom (50mm up from the back corner) of the unit on each side. Although barely visible they are noticeable to the touch.
The packaging shows signs of being opened. This towel warmer is brand new. Includes 3-year manufacturers warranty.

Is Gordon safe to leave on all the time?
Yes, Gordon & Double Gordon can be left on all year round. If you want to have more control over your on and off times, we recommend using a timer switch.
What is Gordon's operating temperature?
Gordon’s operating temperature is a safe and toasty 43 degrees Celsius.
Will Gordon heat my bathroom?
Depending on your bathroom size Gordon can contribute some radiant warmth to your space, however we don't recommend using Gordon as standalone heating for your bathroom.
What stops towels sliding off Gordon?
It’s all in the clever design. Each of the fins has a depth of 90mm which gives plenty of surface area to hang each towel at its horizontal mid-point. There’s also the non slip powder-coated textured finish to add some extra grip!
What colour options are there for Gordon?
Choose from 4 colour options:
- White: RAL 9016
- Black: RAL 9005
- Dark Grey: RAL 7016
- Sandstone: Feature finish
All finishes are a textured powder coat to ensure a non-slip finish.
