Your towel rail comes with a 10-year warranty on the external housing, and a 2-year warranty on the internal electrical heat mat as standard.
All orders within Australia & NZ are shipped free with authority to leave at your door as standard. Allow 2-4 days for most locations. If you require a signature upon arrival, please specify in the order notes on your cart page.
We include a no-fuss 14-day return period on all orders. If you're not happy, just send it back within 14-days for a full refund.

What's the difference between Loop & Gordon?
Loop is designed as a softer, curved alternative to the linear-designed Gordon. The additional curved fins add a soft aesthetic and double to trap warmth in. Internally, both towel rails are the same.
Is Loop safe to leave on all the time?
Yes, Loop can be left on all year round. If you want to have more control over your on and off times, we recommend using a timer switch.
What is Loop's operating temperature?
Loop's operating temperature is a safe and toasty 43 degrees Celsius.
Will Loop heat my bathroom?
Depending on your bathroom size Loop can contribute some radiant warmth to your space, however we don't recommend using Loop as standalone heating for your bathroom.
Can you hang towels on the side enclosures?
Yes! For bigger towels you can hang on the side.
