How far apart can I install each rail?
We suggest leaving a minimum 4cm between each unit – enough to slide a towel down the middle. You can also expand this out if your wall is larger and you want to fill space.
Is Gordon safe to leave on all the time?
Yes, Gordon can be left on all year round. If you want to have more control over your on and off times, we recommend using a timer switch.
What's Gordon's operating temperature?
The unit operating temperature is a safe and toasty 43 degrees Celsius.
What stops towels sliding off?
It’s all in the clever design. Each of the fins has a depth of 90mm which gives plenty of surface area to hang each towel at its horizontal mid-point. There’s also the non slip powder-coated textured finish to add extra grip.
